HARRISBURG – State Rep. Sue Helm (R-Dauphin/Lebanon) will be hosting a free community shredding event on Saturday, Aug. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon, at her district office located at 2090 Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township.

“This is a great opportunity to safely dispose of any documents bearing sensitive information such as financials, social security numbers or banking information,” said Helm. “I’m very happy to hold these events each year to help our residents dispose of unneeded documents while protecting themselves and their identities.”

Employees of Tri-State Shredding will be actively limiting personal contact as much as possible by wearing gloves and facemasks. Employees are able to retrieve documents directly from vehicles, if requested, to limit person-to-person contact during the event.
